Cosiness cleaned my dad’s home and did a fantastic job! We were very pleased with Olga. She was efficient, thorough and friendly.
Extremely unprofessional and worst customer service. I hired them for mailbox installation, not only the mailbox is super wobbly, they also damaged my driveway. I sent them videos and photos of the problems on day one and I gave them more than enough time to fix it but they failed completely. I had no choice but to cancel the check and guess what, this so called “manager” threatened to trespass to my property and uninstall the mailbox, in writing. I had a deep cleaning done to my house. The cleaners were wonderful and did a very thorough job. I was so impressed that I booked regular service twice a month. Top notch!
The Coniness cleaning team have been cleaning my apartment for the last 4 years. My apartment is always left looking and smelling clean after they’re done. They are accommodating if I need special attention to any part of my home, and always arrive when they say they will. Great company and I look forward of may more year of cleaning from them.
