I had my daughter order a chicken fusilli (gluten free) takeout for me a the Middletown Cosimos. It was not good at all. The pasta was practically raw and the sauce was watery and tasteless. I didn't want to post about this so I called and spoke to someone at the Middletown Cosimos and was basically blown off. I've ordered this same dish at the Central Valley Cosimos over the last decade with no problem.
45 minute wait. We were 7. The seafood free diablo was delicious but I've noticed less fish in it. I wish they'd as a scallop or two. No scallops or mussels. good. This is one of my favorite restaurants

S We had an absolutely fantastic dinner at cosimos My pork shank was perfectly cooked, served with creamy polenta and delicious Brussels sprouts. My wife really enjoyed her salmon with rice and vegetables, and the wine was truly exquisite. The cocktails were excellent as well the Old Fashioned and the Blueberry Spritz were spot on.
