After the ownership change in January 2017, Cosi Cucina now boasts an updated menu with brand new Authentic Italian options, featuring "The Diana." (Cosi's new house red sauce) Our Scratch Kitchen also serves up most of the old time favorites from back when Cosi was established in '93. The Ziti Cucina, Cheesecake and Pizzas out of our Wood Burning Brick Oven are still favorites 24 years later. We are open for lunch and dinner, along with offering catering of all your favorite dishes for any occasion!

Lovely Surprise in Des Moines - – Excellent Food - I had Potato Soup and Acorn Squash Rissotto which were both phenolenal - this was only topped by the service - I was made to wait for only 2-3 minutes and the manager was so apologetic he provided a free dessert - There house specialty cheesecake which like the soup and rissoto was out of this world -
Wonderful – Whenever I am in the Des Moines area, I try to make it to Cosi's. The atmosphere is classy, especially when the fireplaces are lit! The lightly spiced bread they serve with oil and cracked pepper is superb. Their meals are wonderfully put together. My favorite meal is their alfredo al pollo and I top off the evening with a caramel Italian soda with cream. What more could you ask for?
Excellent – Have eaten there 3 times. Each time the food and service was very good. Recommend one of their specials.
