This place is a disaster – There is absolutely no customer service at this place. Employees are unmanaged and rude, feels like they are doing you a big favor when they serve you. Absolute chaos during the lunch hour. Dirty tables, garbage is overloaded with trash. All of this happens in front of the manager who has no authority over this gang bang. Cosi I personally don't have the taste for Cosi sandwiches, they're dry and too salty for my taste. But if you like Cosi, this is a great one to visit - it's clean and the decor is good. The prices, of course like any other Cosi, are expensive - but even more so since it's on Park Ave.
