Our company orders lunch from Cosi on regular basis. They constantly mess up our order. We tried to give them many chances to improve service. We called, we spoke with management. Management offered to comp our next entree next we order. We decided to yet give them one more chance. We ordered lunch for everyone in the office. And again our order was messed up. Went there a few times during my lunch break for work. Both times we found hair in the food. Disgusting!
