From day one, the owners were respectful and kind. The facility is well kept and clean. The transition Moving in and moving out three years later was smooth. This is a place where you Don’t need to worry about your Personal items. Thank you, Coshocton storage for your professionalism and your kindness.

This storage facility might not be the bare bones cheapest, but I was able to secure my unit without talking to anyone on a weekend *and* access it right away. Excellent customer service. Would rent again from them!
I had a storage unit for over a year with them. Only reason Im switching is because I moved. Ive had nothing but good experiences with anyone ive spoken to or emailed with them. I gave them advance notice that I would be a little late on a couple payments and they waived the late fee for me. Very kind folks.
They were great to rent from! Always very prompt and accommodating. The unit I rented was outside and my items were clean and dry after a year of being there. I had no issues with bugs or rodents either. I will use them again if I ever need to store anything.
