Awful surgery! Very happy to leave a disabled child in pain. Have no understanding of children with profound learning disabilities! So pleased it's closing down!
This surgery is appalling. The receptionist has been rude EVERY time I call. Even when trying to get an appointment for my 18month old baby. She turned us away and my child overheated and became unresponsive a few hours later and I had to call an ambulance and get us rushed in to hospital. I tried to explain my child’s symptoms over the phone. She didn’t have any of it! She is the most passive aggressive, rude, ignorant receptionist I have ever come across. terrible staff and practice, please go elsewhere. they “forgot” to submit my autism assessment referral which i now have to wait several other months for. multiple times they have “forgotten” about my prescription requests which i, again, have to wait weeks for. inadequate and such a uncomfortable environment.
Receptionists can’t even answer the phone and then I get cut off !!! Terrible service
