We've had the pleasure of having CoServ for 34 years. So far, great experience. and remember, Texas summers usually last April - October and are HOT.

The rating is so accurate. This freaking company is so unhelpful, and it should be a crime that it is the only choice we have.

I find it quite ridiculous that my lady's bill in Mckinney is almost always twice as much as my TVEC bill in Forney. My house is bigger in square feet and my thermostat is both set on 75 degrees. Both homes are two story. her bill this month is $451. My bill is $281 which by far the highest bill yet. Why the obvious difference?

It's a shame that this company rounds out its bills without notice to you. They just add to your bill and expect you to pay for their charity work. I believe that charity is voluntary and should not be imposed on consumers. Also the bills are way tooo high. I have been billed over $130.00 for a 1 bedroom apartment. I am not doing any thing special with the energy unless doing laundry once a week is this expensive! I am not baking for sale here! I feel so oppressed why this company.

I have always valued CoServ service, until now. What is going with rolling blackouts? 25 minutes with electricity, 40 minutes without! Its cold and getting colder as the evening progresses. Shades of Enron in CA. We pay our bills on time. and expect good service. This is the ultimate inconvenience. Guess Conserve wants us to freeze to death.
