I’ve been really disappointed with the service at Price Chopper Pharmacy. There’s absolutely no sense of urgency. I can be the only customer waiting, standing at the counter for 5–10 minutes, while four employees are visibly working behind the desk — and not one of them acknowledges me until they finally decide to help. It’s unreal. Customers’ time matters too, and this lack of attentiveness makes the entire experience frustrating and unprofessional.
We appreciate the kindness of the staff, and the ease of the drive-thru. The automated phone call when the prescriptions are ready are very helpful. Thank you and we recommend Price Chopper RX!
