My husband ordered a cake for our anniversary!! When he got the cake there was a bug on it!! The lady didnt even care!! I talked to the bakery manager and he kept talking over me and he wouldn't let me talk. So we won't be ordering from here ever again!! #pissed But this won't messed up our anniversary!!
I don’t understand, or appreciate the male Sackers/Cart collectors following me, walking beside me, or standing next to me to retrieve my grocery cart. If you want the cart that badly, help me unload it, or at least offer. I always return my cart to its respective location, I don’t leave it up against anyone’s vehicle or a pole. This is irritating and annoying! I spend too much $$ there to be treated like this!

I went here for the 1st time yesterday. I live Downtown, was in Brookside and have always wanted to check it out. I wanted to compare it to the Cosentinos Downtown. Its about the same size, more food selection in Price Chopper, deli, but nowhere to sit down and eat or snack or meal. I thought THAT was real odd. Cosentinos, Downtown has "3" areas to sit down and dine...1 in the front, back and even an upstairs cafe. I liked it, but not "completely" what i want in a grocery store.
Yesterday I called in a lil after 9am to order a large order of pasta salad from the deli dept. for a repass dinner. The lady quoted a price of $40+ and took my name. I said I would pick up after 1pm. Get there after 2pm and they have no clue of my order and don't even have enough pasta salad for a large order. I was told "we wasn't here this morning so no of us took your order." I spoke with Leon the manager and he just said sorry, I'll find out what happened. Customer service sucks nowadays!!!
