We had a 2 hour drive to get there. We were running late and Ashley, assured us it was fine. When we got there, Kelly checked us all in and took us to the warehouse. She stayed with us the whole time. We were out there even though it was extremely hot. She was a wealth of knowledge, and stayed with us and gave her opinion and educated us in a lot of different things Then, we came back for a second visit. this is the slowest unload I ever had. Just 4 hours lost.
hello everyone, I stood there for 18 hours, they won’t unload without a point of entry, the broker turned out to be a pig, he simply tricked us into arriving 18 hours earlier, they tried to negotiate and failed to explain. in this company they don’t want to raise their heel again. I had to lose a day. Alas, a bitter experience
