Kitchen countertop overload is a real thing! I went into Cosentino today feeling overwhelmed and hoping to fine tune my options —Valerie was heaven sent — a real gem! She is gracious, incredibly helpful (not at all overwhelming or pushy), extremely knowledgeable and was super sympathetic to my "choice overload!" She patiently educated me about the products, showed me various options that best complimented my cabinets, sent me home with samples and followed up with a detailed email that included helpful photos.
