Great company, easy to work with, fast response time!
I operate this piece of junk everyday. This is the perfect saw if you just wanna sit back in a lounge chair and get nothing done all day(wear ear protection because she is a screamer). Every cut I start, the blade doesn’t spin then power turns off and you have to quickly turn the saw back on and start the cut for the saw to finally make a cut….. They sent us out a defective saw and when we complained for a new one, Cosen came out and gave us a BRAND NEW defective saw. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!! I would recommend you getting a hand... read more

Smart bandSaws
Sold me a defective saw. Currently been down for 11 months with no communications. Choosing this saw has cost our company a good amount of money having to send our cutting to outside sources as we wait. Some of the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.
