What this person fails to mention is that Cosco Landscape was prepared to bring her to court. Cosco Landscaping - beware Dominic Cosco provided me with a written estimate, and then proceeeded to charge me $8500.00 more than the quoted cost for a landscpe construction project at my home. He deceptively would perform work that had not been discussed or quoted, and then insist on charging me for it. There were days when he did not show, leaving his equipment and tools all ove the yard.
