Absolutely appalled by the service from Cosco Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. The technician arrived 2 hours late with no call, and then left a huge mess in my living room after 'fixing' my AC. Now my unit is making a new, louder noise than before. Clearly, they don't value professionalism or quality.
Hired Cosco Air Conditioning & Refrigeration for a furnace check-up. The technician seemed rushed, barely looked at anything, and then tried to upsell me on a completely unnecessary part replacement. I got a second opinion, and the other company confirmed it was fine. Feel totally scammed.
