I have been under her care for over five years, and she consistently demonstrates a remarkable attention to detail, truly getting to know each of her patients on an individual level. She is always accommodating to any medical need, ensuring that every concern is addressed thoughtfully. Appointments with Dr. Coscia never feel rushed or transactional—they are genuinely caring and often transformative experiences.
I waited 2 1/2 hours to see the doctor—2 hours in the waiting room and thirty minutes in the examination room. By the time she actually showed up in the examination room, I had to leave because I had to pick up my daughter. I understand having to wait a bit to see a doctor, but two and half hours is downright rude and unreasonable. Dr. Coscia is a saint. She is very caring, knowledgeable and hard-working! She is totally dedicated to patient care. With that said, some of her office workers/ support staff are not as considerate, cheerful and helpful as they could/ should be. Since the doctor is great and test results are available online, this has not been problematic for me.
I don't understand the bad reviews. She has a savvy staff that handles a lot of things easily, when I walked in the phone was ringing non stop and the front desk didn't even miss a single call. Doctor herself is very knowledgeable and caring, like she doesn't look at you like another patient to bill their insurance but as a person. She talks with you about your life, family health even your daily diet. She makes sure to follow up on stuff, you can call her office with an out of order issue you're facing.
