I had a root canal yesterday at Dr. Cosby's office and the entire experience couldn't have been easier. Dr. Cosby took time to explain the procedure, and made sure my mouth was sufficiently numb before beginning. She and her team were kind, gentle, and extremely thorough. You can tell that Dr. Cosby and her staff enjoy working together, and the mood in the office was upbeat and jovial. If a root canal can be fun, this one was. I highly recommend Dr. Cosby and the team at Clear Path Endodontics.
Dr. Cosby and staff are calm, friendly, and efficient. The root canal procedure was completed without any issues in a timely fashion. Her gentle demeanor sets the tone for a positive outcome. Highly recommend!
The dental work my husband had done was good, however I paid on the estimate of services not covered by the insurance company "that they are a preferred provider for" once the EOB came in I had paid 189.00 too much so I requested a refund and was told they dont issue refunds because the insurance company had the codes wrong, I called the insurance back and they confirmed that the dentist does owe me the refund. Looks like time for a lawer.
HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND Had a root canal, which was a very traumatic experience that I will have to have redone. I had to seek out a 2nd opinion when I started having ear pain, swelling, and discomfort of my tooth. It just would not go away. The 2nd opinion informed me that I have swelling, an infection, and that the root was not completely removed. I'm in serve pain and my ear hurts I even feel off balance.
