Will, the property manager is very rude and unhelpful. The storage units are not clean and smell of pee.
If I could give a 0 star review I would. I paid for my storage unit a week before I needed to use it. I started moving stuff in little by little on the weekend. On Sunday I realized there was animal (I'm guessing cat) poop on the floor in multiple spots. Monday morning I called Will of Morrison Real Estate (the person who is in charge of this rental property) to inform him that there was an animal in the building and poop on the floor. Reasonably priced nice climate controlled self storage unit.
Not a good experience. Didn’t even use the unit so we called about getting a reimbursement.. unit was not ready to move stuff in there was still others belongings in the units. “Customer Service We are dedicated to customer service. We are committed to offering you exceptional value for your hard-earned money.” Customer service was horrible the man we spoke to was very rude and refused to refund us. Talking about value hard earned money , just to keep it.
This place is a joke do not rent no storage units from this place
