Not a good experience. Didn’t even use the unit so we called about getting a reimbursement.. unit was not ready to move stuff in there was still others belongings in the units. “Customer Service We are dedicated to customer service. We are committed to offering you exceptional value for your hard-earned money.” Customer service was horrible the man we spoke to was very rude and refused to refund us. Talking about value hard earned money , just to keep it.

Definitely not somewhere convenient when every time you want to get in your unit with it being 24 hours not true because if you need something at 2 am and go to the door and put the code in it doesn't work and God forbid there be a 24 hotline where you can talk to someone only reason we rented it was because it was 24 hours and it definitely is not

Great facility, brand new and reasonably priced. The only draw back we have noticed is it smells like cigarette smoke in there now. Just hope all the clothes we have in there are soaking up the smell.
