Cesar does a great costumer service
I waited 75 minutes for my car to be washed for $152. While dozens of cars went through the wash ahead of me, they parked my car in the back, trapped by their ridiculously laid out operational flow.
I had an awesome experience at Splash Car Wash! I want to give a special shoutout to Ever, who went above and beyond detailing my car. He got rid of a stubborn smell that I thought would never leave! The attention to detail was top-notch, and now my car feels brand new. I highly recommend this place—ask for Ever if you want the best service!
Am a huge fan of the one in Glenbrook but oh my God how bad this location is. Super slow, I pay for full service membership but they rarely wash the floor mats even in Winter with salt all over them. One morning I was car #3 and it took exactly 18 minutes for my car to go into the wash lane. Management needs to change at this location
