I will only buy makeup and skin care from Cos Bar in the future. Wonderful customer service and knowledgeable. Highly recommend
The lady worker with the black hair ignored over 20 customers for over 30 minutes. I tried to repurchase my entire makeup collection , but she could not be bothered to help anyone out. Dissatisfied as this is the only Cos Bar location to e ignore customers.
I just took my newly engaged fiancée here. We were not asked if we needed help when we walked in. Multiple other couples and groups were that walked in after us. I then kindly asked if we could be helped and then she said she’d be right there. She never came over so I put the stuff back we picked out. I waited until she had checked everyone out or watched them leave before telling her I just proposed and was trying to sneak some goodies in without my fiancée seeing.
