I recently had the best experience at COS Bar in Kierland and felt compelled to share it. I usually purchase all of my husband’s niche fragrances at Saks Fifth Avenue, so I was honestly pretty disheartened to learn that the entire store is closing. Excellent service, the entire staff was welcoming and friendly.
Customer service has gone down. My visit was at prime time too, Saturday 1PM. No help even though not busy.
5 stars for customer service in general to Cos Bar for understanding some extenuating health circumstances and referring me to Kip M at the Kierland store for assistance. While waiting for his shift to begin and another saleswoman growing somewhat frustrated at not understanding the situation, salesperson Karen helped me select the perfect foundation and blush.
