Super rude, only nice when you’re patronizing the business. Save yourself the trouble & the un-genuine interaction. I parked here under the impression from store employees that it was ok, when I mentioned that I parked here previously when I went inside to purchase items at this store. Cos Bar is one of the few spots in Charleston that sells high end cosmetics, which is the only appeal. I went in most recently to inquire about products for a specific purpose. I was hoping to get honest recommendations from professionals who frequently work with these products. Shame on me for expecting an honest recommendation, and shame on them for using the opportunity to push their sales goals/quotas. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Cos Bar Charleston, thanks to Megan! We went here because me and my fiancé couldn’t find a good perfume store that sells niche products. The ladies were beyond helpful and knowledgeable, we found some really good one that we will be back in the future to pick up! Amazing service and wide selection of the niches you wouldn’t find anywhere else, thank you for the experience!
