I visited around 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, the staff member I interacted with was rude and unprofessional. In contrast, the security guard was very welcoming, polite, and professional. The security guard greeted customers respectfully and provided excellent customer service, creating a much better experience. I was impressed by the security guard’s professionalism and positive attitude, while the staff member’s behavior did not meet the level of customer service I expected.
Very bad customer service. Rude employees.
