I’m really disappointed with my experience at this location. This is my second time coming in ready to make a purchase and leaving frustrated and empty-handed. I have a gift card worth over $200 and was hoping to buy a bag, but the store never seems to have the items that are available online. When I asked how to use my gift card online, I was told there’s no way to do so which is fair it's company policy, I get.
