I bought a shirt and shorts, they looked same color in the store lighting but at home in natural light, you could tell one was cream and other white. I typically like browsing in this particular COS store since the collection is always amazing and the size availability makes the experience great . However, it’s near impossible to get any assistance from staff at this location. They are always so unwilling to help and sometimes straight up rude. Please ensure your staff undergo training on customer service because 0/10 experience in that regard. There are barely any staff on the floor to begin with and the ones there are unhelpful…
