I visit this store frequently and have been shopping from the brand for several years. It's always a pleasant experience while browsing here whether I buy something or not. The staff are helpful and kind and my style has improved so much since discovering the brand. Shoutout to manager Jenny who's knowledgeable, professional, and considerate when it comes to customers!
Jenny, the store manager, was extremely rude, arrogant, dismissive, condescending, and completely unprofessional. Her tone and attitude throughout the interaction were unacceptable. Instead of communicating with courtesy and respect, she was confrontational from the very beginning. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. It honestly makes me wonder: Is this just Jenny’s personal approach, or does it reflect the customer service culture at this store?
