Every time I shop here I feel like I’m interrupting the staff’s day, aside from a couple genuinely kind people. On my last visit it was beyond disappointing. A senior staff member was walking the store with the manager, loudly criticizing everything “wrong” with this beautiful space while ignoring customers. At the same time, I watched them open doors and offer help to older, more distinguished-looking women, but when it came to me I was completely overlooked. This is a nice clothing store with a subtle, but elegant style. The layout is very open, modern, clean, and comfortable. Staff are not aggressive, but will help when you ask.
