I was looking for some basic core for my outfits. Sales associates in the store were very passionate about finding stuff for me. I felt like they were being genuine. I ended up purchasing other stuff as well. Great quality product and friendly staff.
Very disappointing experience. The staff here had little to no knowledge of their own products. I asked for the pants displayed on a mannequin, and the staff member couldn’t identify them and brought me the wrong pair. I also asked whether a jacket came in other colours, and they showed me what they claimed was a different style in black—but it was actually the exact same jacket in another colour.
