Loved shopping at COS Robson Street. The store is super clean and laid out really nicely, and everything just feels calm and easy to shop. The quality is amazing and you can tell the pieces are made to last. Staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy, which I really liked. I’ll definitely be back.

Walk in the Robson location to return some items, a staff in registration this evening was awful, she’s an order lady with white curly hair. If you are not happen with your job maybe it’s time to change. Her unpleasant attitude is ruining other staff that are genuine kind and care about their job, I couldn't stand talking to her for 10mins let alone people that work with her.
