Bad staff
customer service in store is not great. only giving 2 stars because the customer service rep from the corporate number was at least nice
Good store but hate going up all the stairs to get to men's
I was hoping to get in right when the doors opened to grab a dress for tonight. I’m visiting and need to catch a flight so I’m cutting it close for an 11:20 flight. I got there early and they saw me standing outside. I got there 8 min before opening and tried the door just in case I was lucky. The manager (or the woman leading a meeting with 2other employees) saw me and turned around so she wasn’t facing me. Weird but whatever. I’m early. Went out of our way to walk here for a pair of pants it said they have two of in store online. If you couldn't tell by my rating, this was a complete waste of time.
