I’ve always been a customer at this location for a long time. Back in 2,3 years ago the customer service was so nice. They were willing to help u can feel it from their heart. One time they even let me use their bathroom for emergency. But recently my experience was not good. The men section one female sale associate with a sour face I went there 2 days in a row so awkward seeing her again. She was so impatient with me asking questions about shoes. i’ve come to this place multiple times and it’s always a different experience. idk how this place has 4 stars when it deserves 1 star to none. they don’t greet you, they don’t ask if you need help and when you ask if they have another size they automatically say no without even asking what product it is you’re looking for. no type of customer service whatsoever. i’ve had better customer service at a gas station.

A bit of a deodorant stain that was there when I bought it, but didn't notice till I got home and "they won't process this return"!! I can literally wipe it off with a washcloth. But now I'll have to do that and then return again to return it... Never shopping here again
Horrible customer service and the associates are rude and not helpful! I asked a young lady to check if the size for an item was online and she flat out refused… she told me to go to the first floor! Unreal! You should see the reviews on Yelp! Someone send them help!
