Horrible customer service and the associates are rude and not helpful! I asked a young lady to check if the size for an item was online and she flat out refused… she told me to go to the first floor! Unreal! You should see the reviews on Yelp! Someone send them help!
I have been a big fan of COS in several cities, however this shop was disappointing not in operation at around 18:40. Although the staffs noticed me standing and trying to open the door, they just behaved as if nobody was there.
COS has strong products, but my in-store experience on 1/14 around 6:00 PM was unacceptable. Because of this interaction, I am leaving a 1-star review. The issue was my interaction with a female staff member on the women’s floor (second floor). Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and entirely inappropriate for a customer-facing role.
