Over labor day weekend, I brought my mom and aunt who were visiting to do some shopping. They are HUGE fans of COS, but don't have flagship stores where they live. This was one of their first times visiting, and we had an lovely experience with the staff. All the ladies working that weekend were incredible - helpful, kind, and made us feel comfortable. I had a disappointing experience at the COS location in Williamsburg on Labor Day. I went in on my day off and ended up spending over $800. As I was leaving, another customer informed me about a Labor Day sale that was happening. When I approached cashier they said they don’t do price adjustments.Even after mentioning the ongoing sale, the cashier seemed completely unaware of it.
