Terrible customer service! The staff are not consistent with their return policy!

Worst service. Not the level of price, style and brand experience. Shocking attitude and disregard to customer needs and policy not well communicated or clear at time of spending $$$$. Sadly, online purchase is best without these encounters. Retail is at mercy of these individuals. Love the clothes and style. Overwhelming disappointment to be in the store trying to exchange my gift receipt as gift cards are not allowed w receipt.
Attention!!! Don’t let them steal your money. I went back to let them correct my payment. They say all set. Then I found I’m still been charged more then $100. And I have to contact my bank to dispute it. On Independece Day.
I like the brand and the clothes but the customer service at this location is always horrible. Instead of folding the clothes that you purchase, the employees at this store shove them into a small bag so when I come home and open the bag, everything is always crumpled. Ugh.
