It would have been a 5 had Cory not been so angry and rude to me. Too bad because my previous 2 experiences were def a 5. I don't appreciate being rudely and angrily yelled at, especially after your employees gave me the OK. You could have been polite but you weren't. If you want my business, you can call and apologize personally. I will be telling everyone about my experience. Too bad, you were a decent mechanic

I’m really disappointed with the service I received. I had booked an appointment to check my engine light and a few basic issues like the high beam and horn. When I called to schedule, I was told that before installing any parts they always provide a rough estimate. However, no one called me with any estimate, even though I made several attempts to get an approximate idea of the cost — each time I was denied that information.
