Do not go here. Drive to Temple or Waco. You will just be wasting your time, $, and leave stressed to the max. The two times I came I have never had to wait so long. The fist I waited two hours for a scheduled appointment and am still dealing with the incompetence of the employees and the billing department. The second I had an appointment for my daughter with a 103 temp got ther at 9 am waited two hours they sent me to the ER where I waited till 5 pm to see a doctor where my daughter had a 105 temp and still did not get adi... read more
I agree with Charlie they have the worst ppl skills for humanity that includes the clinic how ever if you make a complain they treat you worse make excuses to see their got an appointment they gossip complain of other patients in front of you seem to be rude or inconsiderate they must have better staff better people skills our insurances pay these people for mistreating us and the elderly front desk clinic boy don't have no way of being nice to patients nurses they need new ones manager is just ad bad!!
I know you can't alway pick where you go for medical care, but if you have a choice, AVOID THIS PLACE!! I had the unfortunate experience of being admitted there, and I struggle to recall a good thing about the place. The kitchen rarely ever brought anything I asked for, if they asked! It has to be the FILTHIEST place I could imagine! Stuck in bed, I out of boredom, checked out the ceiling, and couldn't believe the dirt, water stains, and general lack of upkeep.
