The nurse at McGregor should be fired! Her customer service skills suck! Couldn’t even ask a question over the phone without her panicking and acting unreasonable because she lacked intelligence of a simple answer that made sense. Was in process of establishing care there for a family of 7 and she ruined that! Tell her to find a new job before she runs off more people!
Love the small town feel! Had knee surgery and from the moment of checking in it was a great experience. Everyone was nice, considerate and took good care of me. The pre op nurses were kind, Travis in the OR was great, Dr Battle was awesome and I don't remember post op but my husband said they were great and I felt taken care of every step of the way.
