Terrible customer service! I was giving this title company a 2nd chance on another one of our closings. Never again! Owners were rude again offering no solution to make the customer happy except telling me to go shop around. mistakes on closing stmts both times plus they have the highest escrow closing fee in town. If i hadn’t caught the error on the title policy fee, i would have overpaid by at least $1,000. Owner definitely didn’t care that they would lose both mine & my families future business. Staff is friendly, responsive and very professional
We had a wonderful experience here, and I have no complaints. My paperwork was all correct. The offices are pleasant and comfortable. The employees were all nice, helpful and prompt. This place made my land purchase, a wonderful experience.
