Dropped off medical release forms and it's been over a week they still do not have them ready. I will be terminated from my job without the release forms. They have no compassion for their patients.
Absolutely AMAZING doctor! I have been his patient since I were little. Extremely personable and consistent. Makes it very comfortable to talk with. Highly recommended.
