Was a great vet, considering how bad some can be, but then they charged us without telling us what they were doing. When I confronted them about it they said it was standard.

Update: Dr Chartrand reached out tonight and explained what happened. Ive since changed my review to reflect this. Again, she's an amazing vet. I was disappointed with the clinic staff. I followed Dr. Lameg here after she left Roblin Animal Hospital. I brought all 3 of my animals here and never had any issues. It wasn't until my boy Jackson got sick and we had to euthanize him. I wanted to like this place. The people seemed nice but I recently learned THEY ARE OWNED BY A LARGE CORPORATION CALLED VET STRATEGY! Strategy being to collect as much money as they can. I get it, the workers are there working for scam artists and are told how to operate and act on animal owners feelings. At the end of a day it's a job but I sure don't know how they go home and sleep at night. I just don't understand how people can work for such a company.
