I made an appointment and communicated with Robin in Jan/ Feb. Robin was very pleasant and informative. She initially recommended diluting the Dysport that was applied because it was new for me. I was told that I wouldn't need a follow up for 4-6 months. Unfortunately less than a month later I only had minimal benefits so I came back in 3 weeks later. I purchased this off Groupon based off reviews. I called in two weeks in advance to schedule an appointment & spoke with Robin. We scheduled the appointment for 4/1/21 at 10:00am. She sent me an email with forms to fill out, which I did the same day. I received 2 emails confirming the appointment day & time. The morning of the appointment, I arrived at 10am sharp. I can’t say enough about my treatments with Robin. I was new, nervous, and uninformed but she put me at ease. I’ve received several aesthetic treatments and I’ve referred a few of my close friends. As a matter of fact, I have an upcoming event and have already booked my next appointment in July.
