After being with this agency for over 13 years this agency took coverage off my new truck coverage and for 2 years, trusting my agent I was unaware. Tho they did have one of my trucks that didn't run on full coverage. I found this mistake and brought it to there attention. They tried to say I owed the back 2 years so I am no longer with them.
Cory and the rest of the team have always been great to work with. Would recommend giving him a chance to earn your business.
