I had a very disappointing experience at this doctor’s office. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and the communication was unprofessional. Staff members were dismissive when I tried to explain my symptoms and ask questions about my care. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, listened to, and given clear explanations. Not the best.. considering this is Boston children’s I really thought I would have a better experience. I guess not.. definitely not the best. Was just very rude didn’t explain just extremely unprofessional overall.. Go else where honestly
Dr. Resnick has a fantastic team working with him at Boston Children's Hospital. They clearly communicated every step of the way during a wisdom teeth extraction procedure for my daughter. Let her choose which music she wanted :). Appreciate the kindness and care.
