Sam is awesome. She has been working with us on an insurance payment from our mortgage company for almost three weeks. Today, in trying to get this resolved, she placed a three way call, stayed on the line with us for over thirty minutes on hold, then well over an hour once we got a representative on the phone. Stephanie was very helpful at helping me switch over my insurance to another newer vehicle. Everything was done virtually. I provided all the necessary details about the new vehicle as I was sitting in the dealership filling out paperwork! The process was simple and fast!!
