Sevice guys were very nice. However you would think they could put the oil cap back on a brand new car with a clean engine. Oh wait I guess it's the customers responsibility to finish there work.
I just had my car in for service. I was told that the air filters needed to be replaced, the alignment done and tires balanced. When replacing the cabin filter, I was charged for a freshener that I did not request, and wouldn't have accepted as I am sensitive to scents. I called to see what can be done to eliminate scent, as it is causing headaches. Nothing can be done, I just have to wait for it to eventually dissipate. What was the point of me making an appointment? I had an appointment for 1pm, showed up on time, and by 2:50pm the online status showed that it hadn't even been inspected. At that point, I talked to the service rep and asked what the estimate was. She told me they weren't sure if they'd be done by 4pm when I had to leave for work, so I asked for my car back and left after waiting two hours without actually getting the maintenance done. If I could give zero stars, I would. Seriously, the WORST. Boulder is sadly captive of this poorly managed monopoly. A 1 hour job (oil change and reset the check engine light) takes 3 hours although I made an appointment. The light keeps turning on (although a new car) and I have to bring it here to reset it. This business is exactly why dealers get a bad reputation. Go elsewhere, drive to Denver to purchase and service your Toyota, I sure as heck wish I had!
