Logistically incompetent and money-grubbing scam artists. I made an appointment weeks ahead for a recall service. They had checked the VIN to see that the work had not been done. Then I arrive and after a couple of hours they find "Aw Golly Gee, we need to order the parts for this well-defined and totally predictable service. Gotta come back for that." Went in for an oil change. Car returned 2 hours later. My entire glove box was emptied with my belongings left on the passenger seat. The attendant (not service guy) put the filter in. Didn’t realize until after leaving they put in a dirty air filter, and my car started to have a musky smell. Never asked for it to be replaced, again, only came in for an oil change. Just don't do business with Corwin Toyota service or sales. Concerning the service department, they will try to gaslight you into thinking your problems are real and charge you $250/hr for basic labor that does nothing
I brought in my Sienna to have repairs made per the recall, and also to get an oil change and tire rotation. Had a fantastic experience with Eli from the service department. Very quick in and out - much faster than anticipated. 10/10
