Had such a great experience with Ravi R. I found a used 4Runner that was right in my price range. The process for a test drive was super easy and he even let me test drive a car I wasn't initially looking at just for comparison. Super friendly, very easy to talk to, really nice open facility too. I spent a lot of time pre-negotiating a deal in order to save time at the dealership. The last thing left to do was go to the dealer and conduct the transaction. I set a time of 10:00 with the salesman the next day. Later that evening, I received a text to let me know the appt was set for 11:00. My week that week was so busy that I didn't have the flexibility to move my day around an hour. And of course, they sold the car before I could get back up there.
