I spent a lot of time pre-negotiating a deal in order to save time at the dealership. The last thing left to do was go to the dealer and conduct the transaction. I set a time of 10:00 with the salesman the next day. Later that evening, I received a text to let me know the appt was set for 11:00. My week that week was so busy that I didn't have the flexibility to move my day around an hour. And of course, they sold the car before I could get back up there.

Logistically incompetent and money-grubbing scam artists. I made an appointment weeks ahead for a recall service. They had checked the VIN to see that the work had not been done. Then I arrive and after a couple of hours they find "Aw Golly Gee, we need to order the parts for this well-defined and totally predictable service. Gotta come back for that." Went in for an oil change. Car returned 2 hours later. My entire glove box was emptied with my belongings left on the passenger seat. The attendant (not service guy) put the filter in. Didn’t realize until after leaving they put in a dirty air filter, and my car started to have a musky smell. Never asked for it to be replaced, again, only came in for an oil change.
