I've been to numerous physical therapists with my lingering soft-tissue issues from a car wreck years and years ago. Julie is simply one of the best, she understands these injuries, the best stretches/exercises and posture modifications to make to have the best functionality possible. I cannot recommend her highly enough, and in fact do recommend her to every person I meet who has soft-tissue injuries.
A few years back Julie helped me with an issue I had with my cervical spine. I found her to be very knowledgeable about problems with the spine. I went to her for several sessions, she did a great deal to reduce my pain. I wish more healthcare providers were as affective as she is. If you're suffering from back or spine pain I would recommend giving Julie a try.
