Spent $1200 to fix a problem which they said was fixed but it wasn't. Spent another $200 to have them look at the same problem again and to say there's nothing they can do. AVOID THIS MONEY PIT LIKE THE PLAGUE.
Service is usually top notch and Honda is always a reputable brand that has earned my loyalty over the years. Pretty disgusted with the way their service rep, Bryan, treated me when I arrived on Monday morning. Took my vehicle without my permission and demanded to know my last name before I could ask any questions or pull forward in line. His tone of voice was reminiscent of a Monday morning. Sincerely hope to not correspond with this guy again at any point in the future.
I’ve not had a single positive experience servicing my vehicle at this location after multiple. It only gets worse EVERY time. There is virtually no point in scheduling an appointment, as they take vehicles on more of a first come first serve basis. I had an appointment schedule at 3PM for a simple oil change, I didn’t leave the dealership until almost 6PM. Purchased a 2021 Honda Accord three years ago and that experience went perfectly. The salesperson went above and beyond in helping us find the very vehicle we sought. We put a lot of miles on that particular vehicle from one side of the state to the other. So we count on it. In December, we had the oil changed and new tires put on. The tires were a completely different fiasco. One tire kept leaking repeatedly. They finally replaced it and it still leaked.
