Very bad service. They never pick up the phone or call you to give an update. I always have to keep calling them back and even when I leave a message they still don’t call back. I was working with keenan. Was told my vehicle would be ready and didn’t even get a call the whole day. Now it will be the weekend and don’t have my vehicle back
Purchased a new Honda. Sales was great. Went in for first oil change today, with appointment at one. Was told an hour and twenty minutes, so I waited. At 3:30 I inquired, they said ten minutes. At 4:15 I again inquired. They said, yes, done, just pulled it to door. Service person said online updating not working properly. And no one came to find me to tell me done. Was greeted right away. Love how we can just text them if I need anything.
Keenan truly went above and beyond to service our vehicle. Appreciate him and anyone else that helped get us back on track.
