I would post ZERO stars if possible. I was sold a 10 Year, 100,000 Mile Bumper-to-Bumper Warranty to close the deal on my (biggest mistake of my life) 2025 Ford Bronco Sport. Infotainment System crashes daily ..... more than 10 times per day. Took the Bronco in to the new shiny Corwin Ford Dealership to have this matter resolved. Disgusting place where irresponsible rude people work. Absolutely indifferent to both clients and carriers. They pushed their old-man customer to take back his Ford, which they were supposed to repair and DID NOT REPAIR, STATING THAT OTHERWISE THEY'RE GONNA GHARGE HIM FOR STORAGE!! AT THE SAME TIME THEY INGNORED TRANSPORTERS, THE PICKUP ARRANGMENTS AND HAD A DRIVER TO STAY OVERNIGHT WAITING SOME PAPER PIECES!

Worst dealership experience of my life. Their mistake is your mistake. If anything goes wrong on their side of the deal, be ready to open your wallet. They will say they are doing everything they can for you, but they did have the option to do nothing for you (all while making your pay for their mistakes)...but will need a 5 star review to undo anything your had an issue with. The service department lacks basic conveniences like a shuttle service or ride share reimbursement, and they charge a 3% credit card fee. Although the service advisor was pleasant, these issues significantly detract from the experience. For the price of repairs, I expect a level of convenience comparable to other dealerships in the Reno area. Thankfully, my truck is out of warranty, so I hope to avoid future visits.
