Jason Stom was great. I would refer him to everyone I know. We had a wonderful experience with our son getting his first truck.
Tristan did a great job. I drove out with a F250.
Pretty poor overall. First, they marked as "critical" replacing a cabin air filter that I had just changed myself a couple of months prior. Second, they emailed me a recommendation to do $800 in fluid changes - from 8 ft away. Seriously, I'm sitting right there waiting and the guy knows I'm there - he calls me by name a couple of minutes later. Who does this? Had a funky smell coming from my a/c. It was cleaned and a filter was replaced. Was quoted over $200 but after a discount it was half off. A/C is smelling gooooood now. Worked with Cassey and she was great. Thanks team.
Amazing Service Department, They are top notch and professional. Danyon and the crew took care of my vehicle and addressed all my concerns. I was worried with the fact it is a Chevrolet and high performance vehicle that something would be overlooked. They went above and beyond to ensure the parts and fluid were exact factory spec. I feel very confident for any future work that is needed!
