Workmanship was good, just seemed like a long time to complete.
I scheduled 2 weeks in advance a recall repair that was estimated to take less than 6 hours. I brought my vehicle in at 8 am as agreed. I was told at that time it would take 2 to 3 days to complete. I asked why a 6 hour repair that was scheduled in advance was going to be kept more than that time. The service writer, Mike Lundbohm was very short with me and said, "that's just what it will take."
