Horrible about getting titles. They dont even send titles out certified mail. Anyone can get your title and claim your vehicle. With your high admin fees you can afford to send important documents certified. Thats suppose to be part of the fees not just pocket it all and run.
We bought a gold certified used car from them. They guaranteed us that everything was inspected and in great condition. Less than 2 weeks after buying it the motor blew and had to be replaced! We told them we didn't want it anymore and they told us that we could trade it in for a several thousand dollar loss on it or we had to take it home. We spent several Saturdays up there trying to work out a deal but it all ended with us out a lot of money! They sold me a used truck and told me they would order the title. When we called 45 days later the lady i talk to said they were waiting on the original owner to bring it in the title and she didn't and they forgot to order it. It's been almost 2 months and I still can't pay taxes or put plates on it Don't buy from them unless you can see the title because they might forget to get it to you
I contacted this dealer about a new Ford Maverick pick up truck. I was excited about the low price point and the seeming value that it offers. The dealership has added on a $5,000 upcharge to the MSRP of the truck and called it an "up fit" charge. The only up fit is to their profit margin. This is price gouging plain and simple.
