They blame me for my insurance not having the right information when I was told at check in that all I needed to pay was for a co pay. My insurance needed a referral and the office had that. Why wasn't that factored in when they checked me in or made sure they could bill me correctly? Now I'm fighting with the insurance when they took over 30 days to send me a bill to pay what they should have said I was required to pay from the start. Tested positive for delta variant after being completely vaccinated called office on a Monday to ask for a prescription for cough and headache, on Thursday I was finally contacted after leaving a second message on Wednesday saying a tele conference call could be scheduled on the 26, 11 days later 20 days after testing positive, I informed the new assistant that was ridiculous as I would be over the quarantine days and could schedule a walk in appointment . There is no urgency to help the patients all I wanted was a prescript... read more
