Housing office and policies need to be reviewed. Evicting a soldier, spouse and newborn because they parked on the grass to unload groceries and the newborn that has medical complications. Meanwhile the organizations employees have the ability to park in tenants lawns and grass for hours and sometimes the majority of the day “to do their jobs”. If anyone has ever been in the military, we know the majority of civilians and their “job” are fluff and not needed but they need that federal funding to kick out service members.

A 5 years tenant's perspective. Corvias is a viciously greedy company that will give as little as possible and take you for everything they can. The money they take would be fine if they were proactive in responding to workorders, conducted preventative maintenence, or communicated effectively with their customers. I was waiting for a bigger house since October 22 and they completely ghosted me on all forms of communication, except in person. I share the same sentiment as other reviewers regarding the rent increase in reduced-rate housing. The rent should decrease due to the lack of improvements and the overall decline in quality. Moreover, I find it quite frustrating that scheduling maintenance in this housing is done in a very passive-aggressive manner. It's inconvenient to come home and find a notice on the door stating that they tried to fix something while you were away, forcing residents to reach out (again) to track y'all down. Living in reduced rate housing, we shouldn’t be seeing an increase in rent unless the home we actually live in is being improved, and my community is not seeing that. We are still dealing with little storage space both inside and outside, windows that don’t close properly, random leaks that keep coming back or are never fully resolved, breakers being consistently tripped, lighting issues, paint bubbling and pealing, having to open multiple windows when we cook despite having the vent hood at full blast, and these homes are s... read more
