They charged me a fee even though I gave them my pcs orders well in advance. Maintenance was poor. Our ac did not cool the apartment. Staff were very rude and dismissive.
They were all very gracious while I tried to figure something out. I am grateful for that being new to this area.
I paid the same rent as my NICE apartment, in a NICE neighborhood, at my last post. Carpet & all flooring was stained, scratched, worn out & way beyond it's useful life. Doors have been painted so many times that they stick to the overly painted doorjambs and lose paint. Half of my windows didn't lock properly. The oven couldn't reach or hold temperature. Nice employees. Glad I'm moving on.
