poor management skills. when asking simple questions over the phone regarding estimated work; person on the phone treats you like your a moron. this is my second call to the shop and still very poor potential/customer relation. I'm 62 years old and have worked on Corvettes in my younger years and never treated a potential customer like their stupid. I've had my Vette since new (1978) and I think I know something about it when asking mechanical questions. very poor business skills.
