What started out as a good experience went downhill from there. I received a reasonable estimate to replace brake pads and made an appointment. I left the vehicle there as scheduled but when I went to pick it up at closing, I was informed the pads never came in. I was disappointed but things happen. They told me to bring it back at any time in the afternoon in the next few days and they would do the job while I wait and it should only take a hour.
