Horrible.. My claim adjuster Georgia Herrera seems incompetent and doesn’t communicate effectively. She can’t even issue payments on time, like people don’t have bills. You can’t reach nobody let alone your adjuster. The doctors in network all they way in Delaware county which is an inconvenience. Thee WORST
It’s taken 6 people and a robot to tell me I had to email them myself to set up my appointment.
Absolutely horrendous service can’t get a hold of anyone not by phone or email. The caseworkers assigned to your case throughout your claim do not care. It seems like it is impossible to get a hold of them either by phone with leaving a voicemail or sending an email the only person that seem concerned or cared about my claim or case was the receptionist if I could give this company a -5 stars, I would they greatly need to reevaluate their employees how their employees handle these cases, and that we are humans
