As always, they never, ever answer the phone. I've been listening to wonderful music (I'll have nightmares in the future). Probably a ploy to have you hang up.
Horrible company! They do not return your calls or emails! It takes more than 15 for anyone to answer the phone. You sit and wait. Then when you get the person who is working on your paperwork they act as if they have no clue about you or what you are talking about!! Absolutely pathetic service!!!
Absolutely the worst if I could give zero or negative stars I would. Public safety and county employees of Fairfax would all agree. My situation they called me 3 months after my injury and asked me why I used my own insurance, take note HR, my supervisor and myself called them. The worst
